  • MATERIAL: Made from durable white cardstock, that has rip resistant qualities to further the durability and continuous reusable quality of the tags. The material is 10 MIL white 13 pt. cardstock.
  • DESIGN: A simple log on a tag, designed to be a quick visual representation of resent and past fire extinguisher inspection dates. The inspection tag also has the ability of distinguishing the inspection dates of: First Aid Kits, an eye wash station, and/or a Fire Extinguisher. The front and back of the tag are printed the same, with a combined 38 slots to be filled out that have space for the date and the initials of the inspector.
